We are pleased to announce that Velocity Equipment Solutions, LLC purchased substantially all of the assets of Portola’s Equipment Division, including Portola Blow Mold Technologies.
Velocity is a new entity owned by an investment group consisting of the former management team of Portola’s Equipment Division and Mistequay Group, Ltd.

The Company’s President is Tom Blaszkow, the former Director of Portola’s Equipment Division.
The Company will be headquartered at the existing manufacturing plant in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Velocity will continue to engage in all businesses formerly conducted by Portola’s Equipment Division Including:

|
Blow Molding equipment, tooling machines, and service
Dairy, Capping equipment, and service.
Five gallon water and filling equipment, parts, and service
|
|
|
|
Velocity is well capitalized and already investing in upgrading plant and equipment, as well as the development of new revolutionary technologies for blow molding of HDPE bottles.
Formal announcement of these technologies is forthcoming.
Additionally, Velocity is also re-committing to the water and dairy industries.

|
The relationship with Mistequay Group provides Velocity with a manufacturing platform that cannot be matched in the industry.
Mistequay Group has nine manufacturing location in the US and overseas and provides the ability to quickly bring new and unique solutions to our clients.
